Did you know that you need a plan for rest?

I'm not talking about a plan for sleep (although that's important), I'm talking about a forecasted approach to refill yourself.

We naturally pour out as moms, sometimes without regard to our own needs.

But God is not asking us to sacrifice our care in order to to His work. Some kinda way, we have to do both.
You know how I know this? Two reasons:

  1. He created our physical bodies with limitations - we can only go so hard for so long without our bodies communicating to us to slow down.
  2. HE RESTED.

If you struggle with feeling replenished spiritually, physically and emotionally, making a rest plan is probably easier than you think.

And I'm sharing how I do it in this episode.
