I don't know about you, but I struggle with nutrition, fitness and body image.
I've yo-yo'd back and forth from diet approaches and exercise routines, and the only way I've been able to see significant results has been with strict, regimented programs that aren't sustainable.
I've had to come to peace (rather I'm working on it...) with my 40-something body and how it responds to my wellness practices, even if it means I'm not as lean as I used to be.
