I spend a lot of time hitting emotional wellness because I spent a lot - if not most - of my adult existence not being emotionally well.
As a result of that, I walked around in pain, and I caused many others pain as a result.
And, I failed to protect my boundaries, preferences, needs, and feelings, which are all a vital part of just being human. None of us need to ignore those parts of us.
