I'm thrilled to celebrate my 100th episode with the Refreshed Moms Podcast!
I wanted to do an "Ask Me Anything" type of episode, so I asked my community to submit questions that they wanted me to cover on this episode.
Let me tell ya, the range of topics was huge and the number of questions were too many to respond to in one episode, but I narrowed it down to 10 questions and 10 answers.
In this episode, I'm taking time to celebrate 100 episodes recorded with the Refreshed Moms Podcast, and pausing my normal flow to answer questions for the Refreshed Moms community.
Some of the questions asked include the following:
How do I handle being a mom, homeschooler, being active in church, running a business and non-profit?
What is my favorite way to celebrate after achieving a goal?
What is my favorite story as a business owner?
What is the most important lesson I've taught my son?
How do you sabbath rest with a family, especially when you have teenagers that are doing their own things?
